1. How do I reserve a bounce house or other rental?
To reserve your bounce house, water slide, or any other party rental, simply give us a call at 941-667-0050 or fill out the contact form on our website. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. Last-minute bookings are welcome based on availability.
2. What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, and most of Sarasota and Manatee counties. If you’re located outside of these areas, contact us to see if we can accommodate your location.
3. What is included in my rental?
Your rental includes delivery, professional setup, and takedown of all equipment. We also provide detailed instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. For certain rentals, we offer additional supplies like syrups for Sno Cone machines or cartons for cotton candy machines.
4. How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is for the duration of your event, typically up to 8 hours. If you need your rental for a longer period, just let us know, and we can discuss extended rental options.
5. Are your inflatables safe?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All our inflatables are made from commercial-grade materials and are inspected before and after every use. We also clean and sanitize each bounce house, slide, and game thoroughly. Our team ensures proper setup to meet safety standards, and we provide instructions on safe use.
6. What if it rains on the day of my event?
If inclement weather is forecasted (high winds or heavy rain), we offer flexible cancellation or rescheduling options to ensure safety. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours in advance with no penalty. Safety always comes first, and we will not set up inflatables in unsafe weather conditions.
7. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be applied to your total rental fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, deposits are typically refundable with sufficient notice.
8. What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?
We can set up bounce houses and games on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors (in larger spaces). However, for safety reasons, tall water slides can only be set up on grass. We cannot set up tall water slides on concrete or asphalt due to not being able to secure the slide with stakes. We cannot set up on sharp, rocky or sand surfaces. We cannot transport the inflatable through sandy areas. Please ensure the area is free of debris and hazards before we arrive.
9. Do you provide power for the inflatables?
All inflatables require access to a standard 110v outlet. Outlet must be within 100' to the inflatable. We supply the extension cord. Extension cords cannot be doubled in order to reach further then 100'. If your event is in a location without electricity, or further then 100', let us know in advance, as we do offer generators for rent.
10. How many kids can use the bounce house at once?
Each bounce house and inflatable has a recommended capacity depending on its size. Our staff will provide guidelines based on the specific rental, but most standard bounce houses can safely accommodate 6-8 children at a time.
11. Can adults use the inflatables?
Yes! We offer inflatables suitable for adults, including larger bounce houses and water slides. Make sure to let us know the ages and size of your guests when booking, and we can recommend the perfect rentals for your event.
12. Do you offer any add-ons or extras?
Yes, we offer a range of exciting add-ons such as cotton candy and Sno Cone machines, airbrush tattoo artists, inflatable games, and more. Ask about our party packages to make your event even more memorable!
13. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your rental up to 24 hours before your event for a full refund of your deposit. In cases of severe weather or emergencies, we are happy to work with you to reschedule or offer a full refund.
